Contact details
Which number should customers call or text?
If you want a separate business number, just say so and I will help set it up.
Which days and hours should customers expect to reach you?
Your normal hours are enough. You do not need to promise an immediate reply.
Working with you
What happens between the first call and starting a job?
A few steps in your own words. Include whether you visit the property and send a written estimate.
Do you offer a written warranty on your work?
If yes, what does it cover and for how long? If it varies by job, say that.
When a job needs permits, do you arrange them or does the customer?
If it depends on the job or town, that is fine.
How do you protect the rest of the house during indoor work?
For example, keeping dust contained, covering floors and cleaning up each day. Tell me what you actually do.
A few gaps in the service pages
For kitchen and bathroom remodels, do you arrange the plumbing and electrical work?
Or does the customer hire those trades separately?
What roofing jobs do you take on?
Repairs, full replacements, shingles, metal roofs on houses: tell me which apply.
Do you replace windows within the existing frames, replace the frames too, or both?
Can a fence job include removing the old fence and building gates?
Tell me if either is work you do not take on.
For an outdoor kitchen, do you arrange the gas, water, electrical work and appliance installation?
Or does the customer arrange any of those separately?
Which parts of a metal building or barndominium do you handle?
Site prep, concrete slab, building shell, or finished rooms with utilities. Tell me where your work usually stops.
Optional: a little more about your work
Pick one job in the gallery: what did the customer need, and what did you change?
Name the job and send a few rough notes. Any extra finished photos are welcome, especially bathrooms and house roofs. No customer names or prices needed.
Would you like your name and photo on the About page?
If yes, send the name you want shown, a photo and a sentence about how you got started. I will write it up.
